Norway Spruce - The Traditional Christmas Tree

The Norway Spruce Christmas Tree  is what most people think of as the traditional tree at Christmas time.   This tree has its own unique scent, feel and shape that will remind you of a traditional Christmas.   The needles are mid to dark green and a bit prickly to touch, but the strong branches make it an ideal tree to decorate.

All real trees are Perishable items.

We strongly recommend that the Norway Spruce is only used in outdoor situations, as their needle retention is not good in warm buildings.

Please remember when ordering your Christmas tree that it is measured from the bottom of the trunk to the very top of the leader, the long branch where the fairy or star goes.   This branch can measure anything between 20cms and 50cms.   So a 175/200cms tree might have only 150cms of bulky branches.

The Norway Spruce Christmas tree is the ideal tree if you're looking for a tree to put outside or in a cold hall or porch.   This variety of christmas tree is inclined to drop its needles when put in a warm house, so we do not recommend it for use in that situation.   The Norway Spruce would look eye catching when put in your garden and decorated with some LED lights - a real welcome to all your family and friends over the festive season.   If you would like to put a Norway Spruce inside then why not have a look at our potted Norway Spruce.
