Fraser Fir - the Christmas tree with character

The Fraser Fir is a pyramid shaped tree with flat, shiny deep green needles.   The foliage is dense and soft - an ideal tree for all members of the family to decorate.   The leaders on Fraser Firs can sometimes be slightly squint which adds to the character of the tree.   The Fraser Fir is generally a narrow tree making it ideal where space is at a premium, and often, but not always,  has a wonderful Christmassy perfume.

Please remember when ordering your Christmas tree that it is measured from the bottom of the trunk to the very top of the leader, the long branch where the fairy or star goes.   This branch can measure anything between 20cms and 50cms.   So a 175/200cms tree might have only 150cms of bulky branches.

This beautiful variety of christmas tree is one that will be admired by one and all.   It is a dense tree with soft needles that are a lovely dark green with the underside of the needle being a silvery grey colour.   The needles generally, but not always, give a lovely festive perfume if crushed between your fingers.   The leader of the Fraser Fir can add character to your christmas tree by being a little squint!   Once you have had a Fraser Fir Christmas tree in your house  you will always want one at Christmas time.   Also have a look at our pot grown Fraser Fir that would make an attractive table decoration, and after Christmas you've got a tree to take forward for next year.
